In 2000, Lucie Blackman, 21, vanished while living in Tokyo and working as a hostess, sparking an international investigation. Seven months after she went missing, her body was found buried in a cave. In addition to Lucie, the police discovered another woman about a decade earlier had the same fate.  The police named Joji Obara as a suspect in both cases and eventually tied him to approximately 200 rape victims as well.
